Article highlights Boca Raton Airport’s U.S. Customs and Border Protection Facility and other local developments.

As we work hard on the completion of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Facility, we’re excited about what the future has in store. According to a recent Sun Sentinel article from Marci Shatzman, Palm Beach County Commissioner Steven Abrams share’s this excitement as well.

“Taxes are low, the unemployment rate is 4 percent and wages are up 22 percent over five years,” the article begins, setting the tone for an uplifting message of economic growth pulled from Abrams’ moving State of the County speech.

Abrams emphasized that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Facility is nearing completion, and that many “major projects will come to fruition in six months.”

The new facility will make Boca Raton a much more efficient and convenient destination for international travelers.
