Boca Raton Airport Authority Tour Program Guidelines

Tour Participants

Participants must be middle school age or older. Groups no larger than 30.

Parking

Parking is available at the Boca Raton Airport Authority Administration Office, 903 NW 35th Street, Boca Raton FL 33431. Bus parking is available in the open area in front of the parking lot.

Arrival

Please arrive on time. Please have your entire group together and enter through the main doors of theBoca Raton Airport Authority Administration Building. You will be directed to the Conference Room.

Restroom Facilities

Restrooms are available inside the Boca Raton Airport Authority Administration Building.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted on airport property.

Photos & Videos

Photographs may be permitted at certain points during the tour. Your Airport Representative will tell you when photos may be taken. Some tours / events may require a photo release form.

Proper Conduct

The Boca Raton Airport Authority offers tours to educate the public and youth about aviation and airport operations. However, the airport has an obligation to meet safety regulations and respect the privacy of its tenants and airport users. Chaperones are asked to explain the importance of following instructions prior to arrival at the airport. Airport Management reserves the right to deny admission to,or request the departure of, any unruly participants, as well as terminate the tour prior to completion.

Safety & Security Rules

Guests, Chaperones and Students must adhere to all security and safety signage at the airport, along with instructions from the airport management.

Aviation Careers – Beyond the Pilot and Mechanic
Tour of Airport Tenant facilities / Schools (flight schools?)– by request only and with their approval
Airport Tower – limited to groups of 4 and less with prior approval from Tower Manager

Tour Dates / Times

Tours must be requested 30 days in advance.
Tours are available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday only.
Tours may be cancelled or postponed should an emergency arise.
