Project Overview

This project aimed to enhance safety around Runway 5-23, as well as rehabilitating and improving stormwater management along Airport Road. This involved the design and construction of stormwater improvements, including the installation of underground stormwater detention systems along Airport Road and the regrading of airfield stormwater detention areas.

Created a wider runway safety area for Runway 05/23, reducing the potential for standing water and minimizing wildlife attractants.
Repurposed previously unusable areas of the airport for additional uses.
Resurfaced the Airport’s perimeter access road pavement.
